Our latest Shepherd Hut, Non Munkton, has been built to a very high standard all by our team of experts. Situated in the beautiful Peak District, Nun Monkton provides the perfect gateway, or investment for business and personal use.
Specifications:
The hut is built on steel frame and the timber floor is made up of 18mm osb board / 100mm insulation / 18mm osb then 5mm ply with a hard wood floor topping to finish.
The walls are made up of 4×2 tantalised timbers with 25mm installation throughout the walls and ceiling, this is the same as a newly built house!
External:
100mm insulation in the walls and roof with breathable felt, finished with cedral cladding which does not require painting.
The outdoor door is a cream, composite door with all windows double glazed, finished with a black tin roof and steel guttering. The outside has been designed to be completely maintenance free.
Internal:
Kitchen – 1000+500 units with a timber work top, sink, plinth heater, water heater and lights.
Bathroom – 900 shower base with shower, Glass shower screen, sink, toilet, extractor fan and an electric towel rail.
Bedroom – Bed area for double bed, electric sockets, TV Socket and lights.
This hut is ready to be connected to the water, electric and waste outlets. All interiors have been decorated all windows have blinds fitted.
Nun Monkton is currently available to buy, or for long-term and short-term stays.
